We are not responsible if items have been shipped to the "wrong address" because the buyer has not updated address (after a recent move, or what ever the case may be). No refund will be given since it is the responsibility of the buyer to have entered their information properly. If the item is not shipped back from the wrong address you will have to purchase a new item.

We want you to rest assured that we take great care in handling your precious cargo. It’s important to us that we get it to you in time for your event. Unfortunately, USPS can delay the shipping at times, so we cannot be responsible for this. Most orders arrive on time and intact. In the event that USPS HAS delayed your order, there is nothing we can do. (It is out of our hands at that point.) This can be worrisome, but there is a way to calm your nerves. You can upgrade your shipping to Express,that gives you a GUARANTEED delivery date. (For a few extra dollars, pending on the amount of the items purchased.) 


All items are HANDMADE, so there may be some imperfections.

You will approve your design BEFORE any print work is done. Once you approve an artwork proof, unless the product we deliver is different from the mock-up, SoChic is not liable for any claims by the customer that the product is not acceptable. Please review artwork proofs carefully. Design will be sent to you 2 weeks prior to event date and order will be mailed out 5 days prior via USPS 2 day shipping, unless you pay a RUSH fee your order will go out 2 weeks prior to event date. 


Custom orders are final sale. Sorry, no exceptions.


We do our very best to describe items thoroughly, including the size. We also send out a proof sheet before print work is done.  We will not refund for size issue. We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

We guarantee that all orders will ship out at least 5 days prior to event date via 2 day ship, if however the order doesn't arrive in time, due to some unforeseen issue of ours (death, equipment malfunction) we will issue a refund.  If the postal service is the reason for the delay WE WILL NOT be held accountable for that.
